These initiatives were carried out for a sports club's member-torcedor program (CRM), where I provided support in planning, logistics, promotion, and execution.

  • Significant increase in CRM sign-ups, even during periods of low team performance.

  • Considerable growth in the number of partnerships for marketing initiatives.
